Develop and execute a bilingual social media strategy aligned with company goals.
Create and publish high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, videos) for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Write bilingual captions (English/Spanish) that connect emotionally with our audience and reflect our brand values.
Manage daily interactions — respond to messages, comments, and mentions promptly, respectfully, and professionally.
Track analytics and prepare monthly engagement and growth reports.
Stay up to date on social media trends, competitor activity, and platform best practices.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to support promotions, hiring campaigns, and community initiatives.
Manage and nurture engagement in the internal Facebook group by:
Posting motivational and culture-focused content.
Sharing updates, recognitions, and milestones to keep the team inspired.
Encouraging participation, positivity, and open communication among team members.
Collaborate in planning and executing basic email marketing campaigns, such as newsletters and community updates.
Support the creation of SEO-friendly content for the company website and blog.
Learn and apply new strategies related to email marketing and SEO content creation through ongoing training and mentorship from the marketing team.

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Community Manager, or similar role.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok best practices.
Creative mindset and ability to generate fresh content ideas.
Comfortable using tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Go High Level, or scheduling platforms.
Comfortable using ClickUp, Asana, or other project management tools.
Organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
No previous experience in email marketing or SEO content creation is required, but a strong willingness to learn and grow in these areas is essential.
Experience as a community manager in the home cleaning or home services industry.
Familiarity with social media analytics, paid ads, and short-form video creation.
Passion for community engagement and company culture development.
Comfortable being on camera to record videos for industry educational tips, promote local events, do Facebook Live whenever needed, and engage with our audience.
Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
30-minute daily lunch break.
Remote position (must be available during Eastern Time business hours).
$325 weekly pay.
6 U.S. Holidays off and paid (after a 3-month probation period).
2 weeks of paid vacation per year (1 week every 6 months after completing 1 year).
