What you’ll do:
Receive and respond to inbound leads (phone/email/chat) and schedule consultations.
Present our cleaning service packages, tailor proposals, and close the sale.
Ensure that new clients become recurring clients, maintaining long-term relationships.
Use our CRM to log customer information and follow up consistently.
Work closely with operations to ensure clients’ expectations are exceeded.
Achieve weekly sales targets and 40%+ conversion of leads to clients; maintain 40%+ client retention rate.
Who we’re looking for (must haves):
1+ year remote inside sales (or high-volume customer-facing) experience with measurable results.
You’re fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) and ideally bilingual in Spanish.
You have your own computer + monitor + reliable high-speed internet in a quiet home office.
Demonstrated resilience: you handle rejection well, follow up persistently, and pivot quickly.
Strong communicator who builds trust quickly and thrives on closing deals.
Tech-savvy: comfortable learning CRM systems, VOIP, Google Workspace.
Nice to have:
Experience in a service industry (cleaning, home services, SaaS)
Experience working with a remote sales team
Familiarity with scheduling software or lead-management systems
What we offer:
Weekly base pay ($360) + commission (uncapped). Growing team, major growth ahead.
Full-time remote work (no night shifts).

Weekly Pay: Begin with a $250 weekly base pay, with the potential to earn an additional $25 per week within the first three months, pending performance evaluation.
Hours of Operation: 8-9 hour weekday shift and open to working on weekends.
